PowerPAK 1212 is 66% smaller than the PowerPAK SO-8 package with a footprint of 3.3 mm x 3.3 mm. Thus it is excellent for mobile applications. The SiS322DNT uses a thin version of PPAK 1212, which has 0.75 mm package height.
