Introduction to Solder Paste

This presentation will introduce the customer to soldering, what role does solder paste play in the process as well as how and where it would be used. Additionally, it will be cover how to determine which solder paste is most appropriate for a given application. Henkel will discuss the various components that come together to make a solder paste, the printing process typically used to apply a solder paste to a PCB, and the reflow process used to form the solder joints. Emphasis will be placed on the product properties for each stage of the assembly process.
