The Teledyne FLIR UWFOV 500-1387-00 is a compact, uncooled VOx microbolometer thermal imaging module with 160x120 active pixels, 12 µm pixel pitch, and an ultra-wide 1607deg; horizontal and diagonal field of view. It operates across the 8 µm to 14 µm LWIR spectrum with <50 mK thermal sensitivity and an 8.6 Hz effective frame rate. This shutterless, non-radiometric version provides 14-bit, 8-bit AGC or 24-bit RGB output through video over SPI, with I²C-like CCI control. Measuring 8.47 mm x 12.7 mm x 11.14 mm and weighing 0.7 g, it is designed for compact, low-power embedded thermal imaging and wide-area sensing.
